Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates a small local team to support our expanding growth and market presence in the region.
  • Produces and reviews high-quality technical documentation including models, calculations, drawings, and reports.
  • Prepares tender and contract documentation for review as required.
  • Applies sound project management principles and maintains project governance and commercial acumen in line with systems and procedures.
  • Supports and mentors junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment aligned with design standards and core values.
  • Leads coordination of all relevant stakeholders, including internal staff and external parties for approvals.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage project delivery to agreed cost/quality/schedule.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum four-year bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with certification or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of consultancy experience in land development and municipal infrastructure.
  • Extensive knowledge of local design standards and water authority codes.
  • MRWA DAS accreditation or actively working towards.
  • Advanced skills in senior civil engineering design software capabilities.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise including construction surveillance and contract administration.
  • Proven leadership experience, applying interpersonal skills to mentor and develop teams and foster a positive work environment.
  • Experience managing the design delivery process and working across multiple disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes.
