Lead Senior Clinical Care Manager

Lead a high-performing clinical team, delivering exceptional patient care in our residential aged care facilities.

  • We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our senior leadership team and oversee clinical care delivery in the Bendigo region.

A successful applicant will have strong leadership capabilities, knowledge of accreditation processes, internal auditing skills, and experience working with complex care cases.

This role offers the opportunity to step up into a leadership position, showcase your skills, and collaborate with a supportive senior team.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive excellence in care provision and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Clinical oversight of the home, including auditing and implementing continuous improvement plans.
  • Preparation for accreditation and case conferences.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registered nurse with no restrictions.
  • At least 1 year of Australian nursing experience and previous experience as a CCM in residential aged care.
  • Full working rights and post-graduate qualifications in dementia, palliative care, or advanced nursing practice are highly regarded.
