About the Role

As a Senior Culinary Leader, you will have the opportunity to spearhead our flagship kitchen at Macedon Village Hotel. This is a rare chance for an experienced Head Chef to take on a leadership role and drive the success of our culinary team.

This position requires strong systems knowledge and operational excellence. You will work closely with our management team to deliver a well-crafted modern pub menu that celebrates local producers and seasonal ingredients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume pub/hotel operations and will be able to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
