Job Role:

The Program Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Home Support and Home Care Teams in delivering services to customers. As an administrative support professional, you will work closely with customers, care coordinators, and provider partners to coordinate service delivery, respond to feedback, maintain schedules, and accurate customer records.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, or direct care who are passionate about supporting older people to live a Good Life. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in community care business support or coordination and contribute to creating good lives for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service within a team setting
  • Liaise directly with customers, care coordinators, and provider partners
  • Maintain accurate customer records and schedules
  • Coordinate service delivery and respond to feedback
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
