Technado Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in our Brisbane office. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of our technology services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the work of the service delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify and address any service delivery issues
  • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are promptly resolved
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and product development, to align service delivery with the company's strategic goals
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implement process improvements
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the service delivery team to support their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a service delivery or operations management role, preferably within the technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of service delivery professionals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, management or information technology
