Sponsorship & Brand Marketing Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

The Sponsorship & Brand Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and support delivery of our sponsorship strategies and our brand campaigns primarily for our main businesses; Repco and NAPA.

You'll need to be an A+ executer with excellent attention to detail, super-organised and also agile. You'll be a great communicator and great with people, likely having some experience of brand management or campaigns or of working in events and sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive event and sponsorship management for our major sponsorships, including Repco Supercars Championship partnerships.
  • Bring to life our event activations– working with our event partners to make memorable experiences for fans, customers and our team.
  • Be a key part of building and delivering our major brand campaigns for Repco and NAPA.
  • Ensure our brand is managed consistently, find new ways to bring our brands to life.
Requirements
  • Great values – someone who connects with others and loves a challenge.
  • Experience (2-3 years) in sponsorship or brand marketing.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, complex environment and achieving great results.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
