About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our brand, digital presence, and community engagement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and Head of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content for social media, email, website, and blogs. You will also manage SEO, SEM, and analytics to boost our online presence. In addition, you will design and coordinate marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Suite, and other tools.

You will maintain and update the company website and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and updating style guides as needed. Furthermore, you will coordinate events, sponsorships, and community initiatives, liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams, and assist with branding, design, and coordinating and ordering signage and materials for new sites and refreshes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website CMS (WordPress).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and brand management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's licence for occasional travel to sites and events.
