Job Title: Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, usability, and strategic optimization of our CRM platform. This role involves system configuration, data architecture, and stakeholder-driven enhancements during a major CRM transformation, ensuring high-quality data and seamless integration across systems to support our conservation mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure supporter data is accurate, deduplicated, and structured for segmentation and reporting.
  • Oversee Transaction Processing: Lead donation, refund, and transaction workflows for timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold data privacy and security standards per WWF policies and PCI-DSS obligations.
  • Manage CRM Support Requests: Respond to user requests promptly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or similar CRM platforms, including configuration and data management.
  • CRM Migration Exposure: Involvement in CRM migration projects, understanding data mapping, cleansing, and integration.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
