ProjX Australia is seeking a skilled and proactive CRM Specialist to join our vibrant team. If you're experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and CRM customisation and enjoy turning data into actionable insights, this role is ideal for you

About the Role

You'll play a key role in managing and optimising our CRM and analytics tools by:

  • Customising, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support our sales and marketing processes
  • Developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver real-time business insights
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 with marketing platforms, websites, and other systems for seamless data flow
  • Automating processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and governance across the CRM
  • Providing user training, support, and documentation for internal teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

About You

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, workflows, automation, and customisation
  • Strong Power BI skills – data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation
  • Understanding of data integration tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, or SQL)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in property development, sales, or marketing environments is highly regarded but not essential
