Data and Systems Specialist

About the Role:

This is a key role in our team where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, usability and strategic optimization of our customer relationship management platform. You will support system configuration, data architecture and stakeholder-driven enhancements during a major CRM transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensure supporter data is accurate, deduplicated and structured for segmentation and reporting.
  • Overseeing Transaction Processing: Lead donation, refund and transaction workflows for timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Uphold data privacy and security standards per our policies and obligations.
  • Managing CRM Support Requests: Respond to user requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or similar CRM platforms, including configuration and data management.
  • CRM Migration Exposure: Involvement in CRM migration projects, understanding data mapping, cleansing and integration.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
