We are seeking a seasoned CRM expert to drive sales and marketing process optimization. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

About the Role
  • Customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support sales and marketing processes
  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver real-time business insights
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with marketing platforms, websites, and other systems for seamless data flow
  • Automate processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across the CRM
  • Provide user training, support, and documentation for internal teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
Key Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, workflows, automation, and customization
  • Strong Power BI skills – data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation
  • Understanding of data integration tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, or SQL)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language
