More about the Opportunity:

  • Drive strategy and execution of customer lifecycle programs aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign development, including lifecycle, loyalty, and service communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM programs and journey automations, emphasizing personalization.
  • Develop and implement triggered automated programs.
  • Analyse campaign performance to drive KPIs and enhance customer experiences.

More About You:

  • Strong experience in Lifecycle Marketing, mapping and creating lifecycle journeys across omni channel. Retail experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute simultaneous projects with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
