Join Michael Hill as a Senior CRM Specialist, and work within a team of direct marketing specialists to develop and deliver our customer lifecycle program, focusing on enhancing retention rates and maximizing lifetime value.
More about the Opportunity:
- Drive strategy and execution of customer lifecycle programs aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign development, including lifecycle, loyalty, and service communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM programs and journey automations, emphasizing personalization.
- Develop and implement triggered automated programs.
- Analyse campaign performance to drive KPIs and enhance customer experiences.
More About You:
- Strong experience in Lifecycle Marketing, mapping and creating lifecycle journeys across omni channel. Retail experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute simultaneous projects with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
