About the Role

The CRM Data Specialist maintains the integrity, usability, and strategic optimization of WWF-Australia's CRM platform. This role supports system configuration, data architecture, and stakeholder-driven enhancements during a major CRM transformation, ensuring high-quality data and seamless integration across systems to support our conservation mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure supporter data is accurate, deduplicated, and structured for segmentation and reporting.
  • Oversee Transaction Processing: Lead donation, refund, and transaction workflows for timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold data privacy and security standards per WWF policies and PCI-DSS obligations.
  • Manage CRM Support Requests: Respond to user requests promptly and effectively.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or similar CRM platforms, including configuration and data management.
  • CRM Migration Exposure: Involvement in CRM migration projects, understanding data mapping, cleansing, and integration.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
