
Strategic Health Reformer

The System Reform unit leads the public health services reform agenda in Victoria. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of a forward-looking reform agenda to address critical system priorities arising from COVID-19.
As a key member of the team, you will operate in a dynamic environment with curiosity, enthusiasm, and initiative. You will work collaboratively within and across teams to support transformative change in the Victorian health system.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of Victorians by implementing major reforms that improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and provision of advice and sound policy recommendations to senior management and government.
- Undertake research and contribute to the development of policy initiatives within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on high-priority issues, risks, and trends.
- Support effective working relationships and the flow of information across the department and with key external stakeholders.
