**The Role**

Are you ready to take your passion for fitness to the next level? As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you'll inspire and lead participants through engaging group fitness classes in a supportive and fun community environment. This role is suitable for Reformer Pilates qualified instructors. Key tasks include delivery of programmed classes, general studio administration and maintenance, education of members on Reformer Pilates, assistance to Genesis Health + Fitness sales team and (where applicable) opportunity for 1:1 private member sessions.

Deliver high quality and engaging group workouts and empower participants to achieve their health and fitness goals.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Delivery of Reformer Pilates classes as per program structure provided by Head Office. Ensure that activities are being undertaken safely and as specified within each class.
- Participate in professional development workshops (online or virtual) and promotional activities where possible
- General cleaning and maintenance tasks such as tidying Reformer equipment and ensuring everything in studio is put away between classes.
- Have a range of availability including some early morning, weeknight or weekend work - and to assist with cover shifts where possible.
- Deliver a high level of customer service, assisting the Genesis Health + Fitness club sales team to recruit and retain members.

On site (or virtual) onboarding training will be provided for the right applicant/s, to learn the Genesis Health + Fitness method for delivery Reformer Pilates classes.

- A positive, community focused mindset
- Ability to deliver on brand lesson plans as set out by Genesis Health + Fitness programming
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable member experiences
- Ability to engage and coordinate a group of people in a group training environment
- Diploma/Cert IV in Pilates OR equivalent Pilates certification
- First Aid and CPR
