OverviewResponsibilities- Assisting with onboarding and off boarding, including liaising with external IT for laptops, office access, and setup
- Coordinating car park assignments and maintaining office access records
- Helping with team events and celebrations—including weekly morning teas
- Ordering and managing office amenities (kitchen, bathroom, and tech supplies)
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration with the finance team
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Assisting managers with day-to-day HR queries, performance support, and leave approvals
- Contributing to wellbeing and culture initiatives to keep the workplace positive and inclusive
- HR experience in an operations or generalist role
- Organised, detail-driven, and proactive approach—you notice what needs to be done and make it happen
- Ability to multitask and keep both people and processes on track
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable style
- Comfort working across both HR and office admin responsibilities
- Salary: A$80,000 – A$90,000 + super
- Flexible working arrangements, including school hours if needed
- A mix of HR and operational responsibilities—no day is ever the same
- Exposure to both Australian and US teams
