Customer Success Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our customers?

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager who can cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, drive satisfaction and retention, and identify opportunities for growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and growing key customer relationships, providing responsive and solutions-focused support that aligns with their goals and our business strategy.

You will lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring outcomes that benefit both the customer and our organization. Additionally, you will develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's business goals and challenges, leveraging our suite of services.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in account management with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution delivery, ideally within the telecommunications or IT sector.

Key qualifications include proficiency in Salesforce CRM, demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs, experience handling escalations, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
