Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering value-added solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in strategic account management or sales
  • Strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex customer relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical acumen and familiarity with mining equipment and automation technologies
