Account Manager Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets within assigned client portfolios.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying marketing challenges and developing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and effectively implement plans to achieve revenue goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences.
  • Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for both clients and the business.
  • 2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
