Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis department, you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing financial and commercial insight through reporting, analysis, and business transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and influencing continuous improvement of deliverables. You will also partner with Senior management to drive financial performance and facilitate strategic decision making.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions
  • Facilitate forecasting and budgeting discussions with stakeholders
  • Enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities
  • Drive financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build corporate knowledge and understanding of risks and opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Qualifications:
  • CPA/CA qualification or equivalent

Technical Skills:Advanced Excel skillsExperience with Power BI/SQL highly desirable
