Job Description:

The Business Advisor – Finance plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality business advisory services for a portfolio of divisions. The successful candidate will contribute to effective and efficient financial management, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and policy settings, and achieving strategic financial goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality business advisory services for a portfolio of divisions
  • Support effective financial management, compliance with legislative frameworks and policy settings
  • Provide expert financial reporting and analysis to senior officers to support decision making
  • Ensure compliance with budgeting and financial frameworks
  • Develop and maintain networks with key stakeholders across the department and external agencies to achieve quality outcomes
