Job Role:

We are collaborating with a boutique corporate finance advisory firm that specialises in advising privately-owned and family businesses across Australia, providing strategic guidance to help them maximise value and achieve their business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain broader exposure across mid-market transactions and strategic advisory projects.

As a Business Development Analyst, you will support the team across all stages of transaction and advisory work, including:

  • Financial analysis and modelling for buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and information memoranda
  • Supporting due diligence, buyer research, and management of data rooms
  • Preparing valuations using market, income, and asset-based approaches
  • Collaborating with senior team members and clients, gaining insight into strategic and operational considerations in mid-market businesses

You will require 12 months' experience in finance, corporate advisory, accounting, or a related field, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a collaborative approach and eagerness to learn from experienced advisors.
