About the Role

As a Compassionate Support Worker with Estia Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Every individual has a unique story and deserves to be heard, respected, and cared for.

You will be responsible for providing daily support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This may include:

  • Lending a hand with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with medication administration under the guidance of a registered nurse
  • Encouraging residents to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Supporting residents with challenging needs and behaviors
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to prevent feelings of loneliness and isolation

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding career, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally and personally.
