**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to manage our commercial cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining high performance standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial cleaning services across multiple sites.
  • Oversee kitchen stewarding operations in 5-star hotels.
  • Bullet point list item Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Drive adherence to high performance standards across the portfolio.
  • Be hands-on and lead by example.
  • Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, and supported.
  • Prepare rosters to modern award requirements.
  • Implement initiatives to drive a high-performing work environment.
  • Undertake regular reporting and quality assessments.

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple sites preferred.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to motivate teams.
