Teaching Associate Opportunity in Occupational Therapy
Monash University's Department of Occupational Therapy is seeking a Teaching Associate to join our team of Practice Educators. As a Teaching Associate, you will work with occupational therapy students in a variety of fieldwork settings, including aged care facilities, kindergartens, and primary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy placement-based education to undergraduate and masters entry level occupational therapy students
- Work with students in a variety of fieldwork settings, including aged care facilities, kindergartens, and primary schools
- Develop and implement educational programs to support student learning and development
Requirements:
- Registered occupational therapist with a minimum of two years professional practice experience since graduation
- Prior experience of providing occupational therapy placement-based education is desirable
- Professional practice experience in one or more of the specific practice areas listed above is preferred
