Occupational Therapy Practice Educator

Monash University's Department of Occupational Therapy is seeking to appoint sessional Teaching Associates to join our team of Practice Educators. As a Teaching Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our undergraduate and masters entry-level occupational therapy students in a variety of fieldwork settings.
About the RoleWe are seeking registered occupational therapists with a minimum of two years' professional practice experience since graduation. Prior experience of providing occupational therapy placement-based education is desirable. Professional practice experience in one or more of the specific practice areas listed above is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality educational experiences for occupational therapy students in fieldwork settings
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students and the Department
- Contribute to the development of the Department's curriculum and assessment strategies
- Collaborate with other Practice Educators and academic staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
As a Teaching Associate at Monash University, you will have access to professional development activities that support further development of educational roles.
