Key Position: Senior Associate, Property

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and ambitious professional who can drive business growth through sustainable strategies.

The Major Client Group serves over 1,000 clients in Australia with significant debt or revenue. We cover large private property developers, investors, and funds, including residential, retail, office, and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality credit outcomes to complex corporate property customers.
  • Analyse and prepare well-structured credit submissions for financing opportunities.
  • Monitor performance, covenant controls, and annual reviews for existing clients.
  • Coach peers on complex transactions and credit capability.
  • Build relationships with dedicated business partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst in credit writing (bank or non-bank) or alternative property-related experience.
  • Ability to grasp complex transactions and have previous transactional and credit risk experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate high-pressure situations.
  • Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
