Key Role in Property Portfolio Management

We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team in Sydney, where you will utilize your sharp analytical skills and property insights to provide high-quality credit submissions for large private property companies and unlisted property fund managers.

This specialist role offers a unique blend of analytical and entrepreneurial challenges, including:

  • Collaborating with analysts, product experts, relationship managers & credit managers to initiate and structure banking transactions
  • Conducting risk profiling, financial analysis, and related credit submission activities to support deals
  • Maintaining risk management across customer portfolios

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong track record of banking experience, solid credit analysis and commercial acumen, as well as:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Property cashflow modelling and/or development feasibility analysis skills (desirable)
  • Prior experience in a Professional Commercial Working Environment, including Accounting, Insolvency, Valuation, Property Legal or Banking
