Job Opportunity: Senior Associate, Property

You will be part of a diverse team who collaborate well and prioritize client satisfaction.

  • Providing quality and timely credit outcomes for complex corporate property customers across construction and investment transactions.
  • Structuring, analysing, and preparing well thought-out credit submissions for financing opportunities.
  • Monitoring performance, covenant controls and annual reviews for existing clients.
  • Coaching peers on complex transactions and credit capability.
  • Building effective relationships with business partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst in credit writing (bank or non-bank) or similar alternative property-related experience.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions and have previous 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
