Are you a seasoned professional seeking a career advancement opportunity in property credit risk management?

This role presents the chance to join our Major Client Group and Commercial Banking Risk team, providing specialist support, advice and decisioning for commercial property investment and development clients with significant lending exposure.

We collaborate closely with our business partners and engage directly with external customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their operations.

You will be part of our Sydney based Property Risk team, focused on commercial property investment and development clients with substantial lending exposure.

Key requirements include:

  • Relevant graduate or postgraduate qualifications in property, business, finance or a related field.
  • Substantiated knowledge of the Australian property market.
  • Experience in a property credit risk management position, including exercising material credit delegation responsibilities.

The role demands a balance between collaboration and independent risk assessment. You must be able to work efficiently, assert your judgment, and when necessary, constructively challenge the business.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential; you must also be able to influence at various levels within the organization and across different lines of business.
