Property Development Specialist

Sustain business growth for clients by driving quality credit outcomes in complex corporate property transactions. Develop expertise in structuring, analysing and preparing clear credit submissions, and contribute to the success of a diverse team through collaboration and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and quality credit outcomes to high-profile corporate property customers across construction and investment transactions.
- Develop well-structured credit submissions, including autonomous management of deal execution through documentation, negotiation and funding.
- Monitor performance, covenant controls and annual reviews for existing clients, and report client financial and operational performance to Risk Management.
- Coach peers on complex transactions and credit capability.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with dedicated business partners, stakeholders and senior risk managers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst in credit writing.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to evaluate complex data and develop sound credit decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and risk managers.
