PositionOverview:Providecompassionate,person-centredcareduringdayandsleepovershifts.Idealforthoseseekingextraworkwithflexiblehours,includingmajorityweekendwork.

-Deliverhigh-qualitycareandsupport.

-Assistwithdailylivingskills,communityaccessandpersonalcare.

Requirements:

  • Motivatedtocreatemeaningfulconnectionswithourparticipants.
  • Teamplayerwithexperienceinsupportingindividualswithhighsupportneedsandbehaviouralchallenges.
  • AvailableforThursdaysforgroupsupport
  • Mustbeanavailableatleast2weekendspermonth(FridayafternoontoSundayafternoon)foraShort-TermAccomodationprogram.

Must-Haves:NDISScreeningCheck,WorkingWithChildrenCheck,CurrentDriver'sLicence,FirstAid&CPRcertification.Additionaltraining/certificationssuchascert3or4andAuslanexperiencehighlydesirable.
