**The Company**

A leading real estate investment manager, investing domestic and global institutional capital into multiple alternative real estate assets that have strong fundamentals and a positive ESG impact.

The organisation is predominantly Sydney based with circa 25 staff.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will take asset management responsibility for a portfolio of assets to the current value of $600m and with a strong acquisition and further development pipeline.

Property management is delivered externally by one of the major agencies. assets are on long-term leases with fixed rent increases, affording the asset manager lots of opportunities to spend time managing relationships with major tenants, with external PM's and valuers, and build your institutional fund level reporting up to the single institutional investor.

Based in the head office in Sydney, with the opportunity to travel interstate regularly.

You must have strong communication skills, enjoy relationships and interaction with other people day to day, with high regard for your presentation skills.
