Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel's front office services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve exceptional service standards.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing staff performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional service quality and high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve departmental performance
  • Monitor and control expenses, maintaining budgetary guidelines and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain open communication channels
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
