Project Lead Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Perth team.


We are responsible for delivering road and civil projects through the Main Roads Engineering and Technical Services Panel.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate design teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on highway, civil and roadworks.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in collaboration with Main Roads WA is desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of MRWA standards and processes.
