The Opportunity
ECi Executive is partnering with a range of leading civil contractors delivering works across mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors throughout WA.
We are currently seeking Civil Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Senior Project Engineers for regional FIFO, DIDO, and Perth-based roles. These are permanent positions offering long-term opportunities with tier 1, 2, and specialist contractors.

Projects include roads, rail, non-process infrastructure (NPI), structural concrete/FRP, tanks, water/dewatering, bulk earthworks, and services/utilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working on civil construction or mining infrastructure projects (ideally roads, bulk earthworks, structures, or services).
  • Strong site-based engineering capability across planning, QA, subcontractor coordination, and delivery.
  • Commercial awareness to support cost control, forecasting, and value-engineering with PMs/clients.
  • Ability to lead crews and work closely with Supervisors, Engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills to build positive site and client relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field (highly regarded).
