Project Manager

A highly skilled project manager is required to lead the delivery of small to medium-sized road and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget management, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, local councils, and government agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the required standards, policies, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on highway, civil, and roadworks.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in collaboration with government agencies is desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, guidelines, and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
