Experienced Engineer Position Available

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality engineering solutions.

  • This role involves undertaking planning and detailed design, including reporting and recommendations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying designs undertaken by others, as well as demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and drivers.
  • They will also provide direction, mentoring and support to bid teams and project staff, and supervise, mentor and develop team members.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent), familiarity with Australian Standards and industry guidelines for roads and civil infrastructure, and currently holding chartership to Engineers Australia.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to innovative solutions for complex challenges, competence in delivering work according to budget, schedule and quality requirements, and a collaborative mindset with experience working in project teams within a consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge and expertise in road design and construction.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to project teams on road design and construction issues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
