Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Civil Supervisor to lead our mining infrastructure project in the Pilbara Region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and civil construction experience to step into a pivotal role.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily civil works including earthworks, drainage, and road construction
  • Coordinate and lead a team of operators and trades to meet project targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and progress reporting
  • Liaise with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
About You
  • Proven experience in a Civil Supervisor role within mining or heavy civil projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of civil construction methodologies and equipment
  • Current WA Driver's Licence and White Card
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
  • National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
