Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Coordinator to join our team based at our Collingwood office. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, including reconciliations, progress claims, and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile progress claims received against approved dockets and/or approved purchase requisitions
  • Liaison with Contract Administrator: Liaise with relevant Contract Administrator where there are reconciling issues
  • Webapp Approval Process: Manage webapp approval process for non-payment claim invoices
  • Status Updates: Update webapp status and PO reception in SEO once approvals in Webapp are received
  • Purchase Orders: Generate Purchase orders, as needed
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all Alliance safety processes and procedures are adhered to
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with any construction experience highly regarded but not required
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to be efficient, organised and show attention to detail
  • Stakeholder Engagement: High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role
