We seek a Field Sales Representative who is capable of taking initiative while also thriving in a collaborative environment. While relevant sales experience is preferred, we encourage applications from those eager to embark on a sales career. To facilitate your success, we provide unparalleled training and mentorship.

As a self-starter, you will be keen to advance your career with a company that prioritizes development, engagement, well-being, and career progression.

This role is primarily field-based, requiring travel to customer locations within your designated territory. A valid Full Australian driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the business's KPIs across Key Accounts, Wholesale, and Independent Retailers. Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and shopping behaviors. Collaborate with retailers, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your territory, fostering strong relationships. Advocate for our brands by educating retailers on market and industry regulations. Meet sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your area, ensuring optimal use of trade incentives and activities. Identify new business prospects by enhancing your knowledge of the category and consumer behavior in-store.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with commercial insight. Self-sufficient, effectively managing time and resources. Awareness of broader team objectives and your potential impact. Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret sales figures and assist retailers. Organized, precise, and timely in the administrative tasks associated with the role.
