About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a small territory of hospital accounts and growing sales of our capital and consumables products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small territory of hospital accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including surgeons, heads of department, and procurement teams, to promote our products and services.
  • Manage demonstrations and support clinical cases, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales, with experience working in the hospital environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and passion for winning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
