Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

The role of the Senior Contract Administrator is to manage and administer construction and services contracts in accordance with project execution plans and company requirements. This involves coordinating with site teams, including construction, interface management, engineering, planning, HSE, and quality, to ensure contract deliverables are met safely and in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering a range of contracts, including managing contractor performance, claims, and risk. They will also maintain accurate contract records and data systems.

  • Administer construction and services contracts in accordance with project execution plans and company requirements.
  • Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risk.
  • Coordinate with site teams, including construction, interface management, engineering, planning, HSE, and quality, to ensure contract deliverables are met safely and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and contract data systems.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, law, business administration, quantity surveying/construction management or related field.
  • RIQS accreditation highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated principled leadership in contract formulation and extensive contracts administration experience in executing major projects in an PMC / EPCM organization.
