Job Overview

The operational risk leader will play a key role in ensuring our Operational Risk Management Framework is aligned with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of practical solutions for managing non-financial risks, collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve this goal.
  • Act as a liaison between risk management and other support functions, ensuring compliance with policy and framework requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in operational risk management or internal control roles within the financial services industry.
  • A strong ability to balance commercial outcomes within a risk framework, coupled with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading RCSA and performing control assurance activities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certified Professional in Risk and Information Systems Control (CPRISC).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management frameworks and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
