About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Operational Risk Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring operational risk is effectively identified and managed across diverse business lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to ensure operational risk is managed in alignment with our Operational Risk Management Framework.
  • Provide operational risk advice and collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop practical solutions for managing non-financial risks.
  • Act as a key liaison with the Risk Management Group and other support functions, ensuring compliance with policy and framework requirements.
  • Investigate operational risk incidents and issues, supporting the development of effective actions and remediation plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operational risk management or internal control roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong ability to balance commercial outcomes within a risk framework, coupled with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading RCSA and performing control assurance activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and liaise with key support functions on policy and framework requirements.
