About the Role

We are seeking a Operational Risk Expertise Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in operational risk management and technology to drive positive outcomes.

The role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational risks are effectively managed and mitigated. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management frameworks, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance on best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with IT general controls, software development life cycles, and cybersecurity principles is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain operational risk management frameworks and guidelines;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks;
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on risk management best practices;
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to risk management processes;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, computer science);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with IT general controls, software development life cycles, and cybersecurity principles;
