Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Acquisition Strategies: Identify and implement lead generation techniques to source new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network.
- Structured Plans: Create and implement targeted plans to achieve set targets for new business growth.
- Cold Calling and Meetings: Conduct regular cold calls and meetings with prospective business partners, ensuring contact targets are consistently met.
- Acquisition Process: Manage the entire acquisition process, from lead generation to negotiation and close, to secure new franchise agreements.

- Proven Sales Experience: A demonstrated track record in sales or account management, with a focus on new business growth.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to identify and implement effective prospect acquisition strategies, driving business growth and expansion.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with prospective business partners and build meaningful connections.
