As a leader in disability services, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen person-centred practices by supporting staff to tailor daily routines, communication, and activities to each client's preferences and goals.
- Build relationships with referral networks and promote services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.
- Support Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and leadership development.

About You:
You have a commitment to exceptional client service and your passion for supporting others. You have experience working with NDIS plans and funding and are confident leading a team to deliver a high standard of disability services. You hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in disability services, management, aged or health services or a related discipline.
