Area Manager Role Overview

We're dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Our team is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for our clients and their families.

As an Area Manager, you'll lead a strong team in delivering exceptional services and supporting our clients across various settings.

  • You will foster person-centred practices by guiding staff to tailor daily routines, communication, and activities to each client's preferences and goals.
  • Develop relationships with referral networks and promote services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.
  • Support Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Cultivate a strong culture and ongoing support of our values and health and safety.

About You:

You possess a commitment to exceptional client service and a passion for supporting others. You have experience working with NDIS plans and funding and are confident leading a team to deliver high-quality disability services. You hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in disability services, management, aged or health services, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and open communication.
  2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reporting to stakeholders as required.
