Lead Team and Deliver Exceptional Disability Services

Our team works together to create meaningful experiences for clients and their families. You'll build trust with clients and colleagues by demonstrating high levels of integrity and reliability.

As a lead team member, you'll work across multiple sites in Darwin and Palmerston. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strengthening person-centred practices by supporting staff to tailor daily routines, communication, and activities to each client's preferences and goals.

• Building relationships with referral networks and promoting services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.

• Supporting Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and leadership development.

• Embedding a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety.
